Return & Refunds Policy

At SumoGoods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns process to ensure your peace of mind.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our returns department at returns@sumogoods.com, where our friendly staff will assist you with the returns process. Please do not return your item to the shipping address displayed on the parcel.

Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on the date of the transaction.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your returned item reaches us safely.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If you believe that the item you received is faulty or damaged, please contact our returns department immediately. In the case of faulty or damaged items, we will arrange for the return shipping at our expense.

Original Shipping Fee: Please note that the original shipping fee is not refundable if your return is not a result of SumoGoods or the provider's fault. Additionally, any insurance costs associated with the shipment, if applicable, are also non-refundable.

Important Notice: The sender's address on your package is NOT the return address. If you send the return package to that address, the processing time for your return may be delayed.

Statutory Rights: This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In accordance with consumer protection laws, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the goods you purchased are faulty or not as described.
